Call Centre Service Excellence
This course will help your agents to provide excellent customer service even if they are tired, it's their 80th call of the day, and the customer is complaining.
Call Centre Service Excellence combines how to offer excellent customer service with the latest research in positive psychology about how to overcome factors that sometimes prevent agents from performing at their best.
This is an online video based course. The videos are less than 15 minutes each so agents can watch these (with pauses) between calls or in a designated short training time. This is a short course of 12 modules.
Each module comes with a video training lesson, downloadable worksheet, transcript or article, as well as an audio file. It is a good ideas for the agents to fill out the worksheet as they watch the video as this help them understand the content and will be useful notes for them to keep and refer back to. The completed worksheet could also be handed in to a Team Leader as evidence that the module is completed.
The price of the course is $19.95 (USD) per agent or $250 (USD) per call centre.
